Adriana Santoro is a PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher and Polestar Pilates graduate, mentored by Kim Gibilisco and Katrina Hawley. Adriana has also worked closely with Deborah Harris, who is classically certified by one of Joe Pilates' star pupils Romana Kryzanowska. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University, and is CPR/AED certified by the American Heart Association.
Adriana enjoys thoughtfully designing and teaching individualized and group fitness programs for her clients based on her roots in Dance, Pilates, Exercise Science, and Exercise Psychology. She values Pilates as both an intelligent method of movement and a dynamically fun way to exercise for all bodies. Ultimately in her instruction of Pilates, Adriana hopes to share her passions for movement with her clients so they can discover fuller movement potential and quality of life.
